You Know You Are a Bad Housekeeper When...
you need a bobby pin so you go to the living room and get the one that's been sitting in the middle of the floor for days but no one has bothered to pick up and put away.

Oh, I can SOOOO relate! I do it with paper clips all the time - they are scattered everywhere in the house...and pony tail holders, too. Now, I if I could just find a daily, household use for those doggone legos!!
That's awesome. I'm just the same. :-) I walk by things all the time and think "why don't I pick that up right now?" but still don't do it until it's needed or someone's coming over. Aarggh. :-)
I wish I could be like that with things on the floor. I suppose my blindness hits other areas. LOL.

I was going to say pony tail holders. Sarah, you got paperclips! There was one by the back door that we all walked around for days, until it was needed. It went back on top of the dryer, and guess what happened and where it is now.
love this! BUT YOU knew where it was when YOU needed it and thats really what counts!!
