A Review of the Play
The following critical review by the "Clandestine Critic" AKA--Uncle Billy--
"This critic is proud to say he was able to attend the latest production of the Warren Acting Company, "Once on This Island". This was a lively production that had the audience tapping their collective toes to the bouncy music and in tears at the intense drama. As always, the featured performer, Maddison Scarengella handled her part most professionally. However, the buzz in the balcony among the serious theater goers was over the performance of the young ingenue, Hannah Patterson, who brought an amazing depth to her portrayal of the deliberately unlikable character, Andrea. Putting aside her normal smile and nature, Miss Patterson was most convincing as a spoiled, snooty, rich brat. Her character was one we love to hate. I see a great future in the theater for this talented young actress. And many kudos to the remainder of the supporting cast. As an aside, we must mention the fantastic treats available at the Snack Bar. The other theatergoers seated next to my companions and I, were in awe of their array of delightful delectables. Everyone should tell their friends not to miss the remaining performances of this play.

"Once on This Island"
"Once on This Island" opened last night and it was a wonderful show! Lot of great music and dancing. I will be sharing as many videos as I can! The show is double casted and Hannah had her part last night and will again on Saturday night. She plays Andrea, a snotty rich girl. I have to say she played the role wonderfully! One of her best friends, Madi, played the lead Ti Moune and did awesome!! Enjoy!
