Gabi is an awesome photographer and even sells his photos on Stocksy. You can view his page here. He did three unique photo shoots with my kids. Here are some of the pictures of each shoot. Hannah's photo shoot also included a scene that will require lots of photoshopping that we will get to see later. I am definitely printing and framing some of these, just can't decide if I should do one 8x10 of each or a collage print that includes a few of the pictures. I love them all!

Strawberry Picking and the Gulf
Having family in town from the frigid north really inspires you to go out and do all the great and fun things that Florida has to offer this time of year. It's been pretty cold (for us Floridians) lately but it hasn't stopped us from going out and enjoying nature. This past weekend was a 3 day weekend so we had an extra day to take a day trip. On Saturday we went strawberry picking in the morning and then stuck around our area working on projects and just spending time together. I made Indian food for dinner and of course we had strawberry shortcake for dessert.

On Monday we took a road trip to the Gulf coast and stopped at Crystal River Archaeological Park first and then went over to the beach to see the sunset. It was freezing but so beautiful to be on the water. We even saw dolphins!

Legoland
We spent a chilly day at Legoland on Thursday. Yay for homeschool discounts which made this a very fun and very affordable day for all of us. We had a great day and the kids really enjoyed all of the rides. There were 4 decent sized roller coasters for the bigger kids and plenty of smaller rides that were fun for Sophie all the way up to Grace. I think the highlight of the day for all of us was "Miniland," where they have miniatures of Las Vegas, New York City, Washington DC, various places in California and Florida, and all 6 Star Wars movies. We spent a lot of time there taking in all of the details. Very cool! Oh, and apple fries, we all LOVED the apple fries!
