I'm not much of a quote person to be honest but I can come up with a few...
One is something my great grandmother used to say and I'm not going to get it exactly right but you'll get the idea--
"Your actions are speaking so loudly I can't hear what you're saying."
And another from Jim Elliott--
"Wherever you are, be all there."
And, another from myself that I like to use on exasperated mothers and on myself, --
"You're living your dream!"
That last quote really does help me to find the joy in my often hectic life. For as long as I could remember I wanted to be a stay at home mom and once I heard about homeschooling I wanted to do that too. I am truly living my dream every day. When I remind myself of that, I get a little flutter of excitement deep inside and a renewed sense of purpose.
