We had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day dinner at H and B's (a couple of days early)--we had corned beef, green special Irish mashed potatoes, cabbage and carrots, green beans, Irish soda bread, and Pistachio Almond ice cream for dessert. Then off to watch the launch!

My Irish soul just loves corned beef, especially corned beef and cabbage. But...alas...Dana hates them both. So I have been deprived for many years.

We were at an outside wedding shower and saw the launch from the south side.
Corned beef is on our menu this week... for Thursday because I'm such an excellent planner:) We also planned to go outside to watch the launch, but remembered 5 minutes AFTER.
So smart.
