We spent a good part of today doing fall stuff around town. We started at the library where we did pumpkin decorating. It was a little chaotic but the kids had fun. It was fun to see what they did with their pumpkins. I thought I had taken a picture of Joe but it's missing from my card. Oh well, maybe later.

After pumpkin decorating we had the rare treat of a McD's picnic in the park and then off to do the town Scarecrow Stroll. Different businesses make scarecrows and display them all over town. This year's theme was something to do with working in America. I didn't think the scarecrows were as good as years past but there were some good ones. The kids had fun, a little stressful for this mom though, I think we had 10 kids running around town--a little crazy. However, it's a tradition to go with other friends to do the stroll and we must keep to tradition!

sorry we missed that. I am so behind these days on what's going on.
I am curious, does the scarecrow stroll include any sort of quiz or scavenger hunt? It seems like that would make it that much more fun.
Okay...when I looked at that picture of the hairdresser scarecrow I was like whoa...what up with THOSE?! Then I read your caption...baaahhhhaaahhhhha!!! :)
It's always fun to see the fall photos of the kids at the pumpkin patch and the scarecrow walk down town.
Looks like fun. Just try to relax and enjoy the crazy's!!
Love you!
