We took Okley (my parent's dog) to Petco today for a Valentine party. It was pretty funny. Grace was dressed in her new Valentine skirt. Okley had a ribbon on his collar adn we joined lots of dog lovers for the Valentine party. We started with getting a polaroid picture taken and were given a very nice cardboard frame to display it in. Then Okley put his paw print on a Valentine for us. Next, Grace and Joe decorated a cookie for Okley and then we waited in line for the pet kissing contest. Okley fell in love with a little cocker spaniel and we had to hold him back from loving her too much. :0) Then it was our turn. Despite lots of practice Okley wouldn't cooperate and give Grace a kiss. He was a little too distracted. He did finally give Grammy a kiss but we didn't win the kissing contest. We had a great time, met some very unique people who love their dogs, and made a memory!

He is a handsome boxer and a sweet dog. Boxers usually are. My family has always had a boxer so I'm a little partial. :0)
