1. Sand
2. Sand in my shoes
3. Sand between my two front teeth (yes, this really happened today)
4. Sandy children
5. Beach bathrooms
6. It's hot!
7. The sweat makes the sunscreen slide off of me and I worry that I will get sunburned.
8. Sand on the beach blanket
9. It's really hot, even the water was hot today.
10. Sand sticking to me all the way home.
One reason that I like the beach--it is beautiful and I love looking out at the ocean and imagining all the life happening under the water. I would rather sit and imagine this from a hotel balcony though and then go take a shower and get off any sand that has blown on me.
